PRODUCT DELIVERY

Once your Product is complete you will be given a draft version to review. This is your opportunity to request any further changes. After any requested changes are made, and you have given us your approval, we will give you a final high quality version of the Product and consider the Project complete. Any and all changes and edits requested after this point will be incur additional billing.

 Once you have received your Product we advise that you keep it in a secure place and make a backup. We will keep copies hosted on our cloud service for 2 weeks after delivery. After 2 weeks they will be taken down. Any copies requested after this will incur a $75 service charge.

PAYMENT

An invoice will be sent to you after you have given us your approval that the draft version of your Product is to your satisfaction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. After payment has been received we will send you the final version of your Product. Payment can be made via e-transfer, cash, or credit card, through e-transfer is preferred.  

Completed projects will be kept on standby for a period of 2 weeks. Any further changes requested during this time will incur a standard billing rate. Any changes requested after 2 weeks will incur an additional $75 fee for archive retrieval.

QUALITY

GUARANTEE

We will work closely with you to understand what you are trying to achieve with your Product and make that come to life in the best video possible. Though it may not be possible to predict every single detail of the editing process that will take place in advance, we will do our best to explain to you what our creative process will entail to help paint a picture of what your final Product will look like. This gives all parties a chance to suggest changes prior to work commencing on the Project. Beyond any previously discussed and agreed upon changes or edits we will strive to make the best editing decisions possible based on our skill, experience, creative talent, knowledge and understanding of your Project. 

If we are at fault for any errors in filming or editing for items that were previously made aware to us and approved by you prior to commencing work on the Project we will correct the mistake at no charge to you. If you ask us to do something, we agree and it doesn’t get done, we will fix it.

FORCE

MAJEURE

Crystal Wizard Studios, any of its agents, employees or contractors are not responsible for any costs or damages due to delays or failures to provide service under this agreement, arising out of any cause outside of our control including but not limited to Acts of God, fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, or other natural forces, war, civil unrest, accident, work stoppage, power or other mechanical failure, governmental action, acts of terrorism or technical/communication disruption.

LIMITS OF

LIABILITY

Under any and all circumstances, the liability of Crystal Wizard Studios is limited only to the amount paid for your Product.

CANCELLING

If you need to cancel the Project we would ask that you please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice before any work commences. All work performed on your Project is subject to billing.

AGREEMENT

By hiring Crystal Wizard Studios you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. You are also acknowledging that such agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Crystal Wizard Studios.
