Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Chris Smeathers - photographer, videographer, musician, father, and owner of Crystal Wizard Studios. I absolutely love being a photographer and consider myself very fortunate to be able to do what I love for a living.  I have been a photographer since back in the days of film before we even had digital cameras. Yep, that’s quite a while! Since my childhood I’ve always had great passion for artistic creation whether it be as a musician or a photographer. I have a very unique and diverse background (photographer, videographer, musician, audio engineer, corporate IT) which gives me some great advantages in how I can diversify my service offerings to you.

 Running my own photography/videography business has been one of the best ventures in my life and I look forward to sharing my services with you.

The vision of Crystal Wizard Studios is to offer my clients professional, high quality media services with the one-on-one personal care that is unique to smaller businesses. When a team is required for larger projects I work with other hand picked photographers / videographers who share my vision and goals for producing creative, innovative, professional work.
